Properties: Bitter taste, non-poisonous, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, etc. insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate, etc.
Applications: Mainly used for natural and many synthetic rubbers, used in manufacture of tires, rubber tubes, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods, it also works as plasticizer and retardant in neoprene.

Storage: Keep in tightly closed bags, store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, separated from acids, alkali and oxidants.
